Please use this form to sign up for After School Care & Breakfast Club on a week by week or day by day. This form can be used up to 2pm each day. It will then become accessible after 3pm for the next day.

Breakfast Club and After School Care are available for school children only. If your child attends the nursery please do not complete this form. You will be sent a separate form by our Nursery Manager.

COLLECTION
After School Care children should be collected from the front door and dismissed by a member of staff. Parents must sign their children out in the After School Care folder.

DATES
Breakfast Club and After School Care operates throughout the term. There will be no After School Care on the last day of the Spring Term (Friday 27 March).
Teacher led clubs (that run between 4.00 - 5.00pm) begin on 13th January and end w/c 16th March.

Swim squad, sport squad & drama club will follow the same dates as teacher led clubs unless you are told otherwise.

PAYMENT
Payment for all clubs is processed through your child's School Money account (set-up in the mother's name unless requested otherwise).

Breakfast Club payment is weekly and a request for the week will be sent out every Friday.
After School Care payment is weekly and a request for the previous week will be sent out every Monday.

The evening meal is served at 5pm.

If you later wish to cancel Breakfast Club and/or After School Care please email the school office before 2pm to avoid being charged for the missed session.
