Please remember that actual meet fees cannot exceed what you enter on this bid form.

For bids to remain on the schedule, a club representative must be present at the schedule planning meeting.

NOTE: Bids will not be accepted during the following closed dates: Spring HOD - April 13-14, 2024;  Carolina Crown - April 14, 2024; Age Group Champs - July 11-14, 2024; Senior Champs - July 19-21, 2024; Fall HOD Sept 27-29, 2024.
