Cookie Pot Children's Art Class
Over five weeks, students are introduced to fine art skills, material handling, art history, cultural projects, problem-solving skills, creative brainstorming, and art appreciation...but most of all the process of making art! Draw, paint and learn! 

Classes will take place at Cookie Pot Community Play Space on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30pm. 
Dates: May 30-June 27
Cost: $25/class or $110 for all five sessions (invoices will be sent after sign-ups close)
Ages: 6-11 years old
Instructor: LeeAnne Gibney
Tuition includes all fine art material, small group instruction, and an Art Show at the end of the course.

"Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, LeeAnne graduated in 2003 from Pacific Northwest College of Art, majoring in Illustration. Her love for creating  stories and pictures to go with them led her to self publishing numerous children's books and teaching those skills to children.  
LeeAnne customizes her classes to reach individual students and helping bring about their own artistic style, all while the student learns valuable fine art skills and techniques.  Most importantly, kids will have fun exploring creativity and building confidence."
