2023 Taste of Aransas Pass - Vendor Form          Registration Deadline October 2, 2023
All local restaurants, food trucks and catering businesses are welcome to participate in this event. All cuisine welcome. Please provide samples for 200 individuals. 
  • There is a $25 refundable deposit. This deposit secures your booth and commitment to participate and will be refunded after participation in the event.

  • No refunds will be returned for no shows or cancellations without providing 72 hour notice in advance.

  • Please prepare enough samples to accommodate 200 guests.

  • Setup Time: 3pm | Aransas Pass Civic Center | October 12, 2023

  • You will be provided (1) 8ft and (1) 6ft table and 2 chairs

  • You must supply your own tablecloths, utensils, disposable sampling dishes, heating lamps, extension cords/power strips, ice, and a certified fire extinguisher.

  • We encourage you to bring banners, business cards and/or any other business promotional material.

  • There will be no access to the AP Civic Center kitchen, please prepare all food before the event.

  • Please use heating lights and chaffing dishes to keep your food warm.

  • No fryers will be allowed at the table.

  • Event Theme: Let's Fiesta! Decorate in Fiesta or Dia De Los Muertos theme (Food samples do not have to coordinate with theme)

    • A trophy will be awarded to the business with the best overall aesthetic.
