You are applying for a pitch submission to the EU-Canada 2021 Joint Research Call workshop on Quantum Technologies. The workshop is divided in two sessions, May 3rd and May 31st, Pitches and networking session being scheduled on May 31st, 2021.
For time constraints, only 12 video pitches will be broadcasted during the workshop. In the interest of fairness, we will conduct a random drawing among the eligible pitch videos. Note that that all submitted pitches will be made available after the workshop through the Flagship’s official communication channels (qt.eu and YouTube channel) in compliance with image rights and GDPR rules authorization.

Eligible pitch videos: The length of the pitch video must be strictly less than or equal to 3 minutes maximum and must not be of a commercial nature. Please check video quality requirements on qt.eu/about-quantum-flagship/newsroom/eu-canada-workshops/

Reminder: Only Principle Investigators from European eligible countries to the joint call and Canada can submit a pitch.

Deadlines and submission procedure:
1) Abstract form submission, including GDPR and image rights approval before May 12th , 2021
2) Either you record the video by yourself, according the requirements or if you need our support to record, please select an appointment date on qt.eu/about-quantum-flagship/newsroom/eu-canada-workshops/ 
Deadline for pitch’s video submission: May 17th, 2021

Warning: videos that don’t respect eligibility and quality requirements will not be accepted.
