You are being asked to participate in this research study because you are an adult of 18 years old and you are a school teacher. The purpose of this research study is to understand the effect of administration feedback on teacher instructional self-efficacy. All information attained in this survey will be kept confidential. You will be asked to report your perception of administration feedback and teacher self-efficacy. Your participation is completely voluntary. The online survey takes approximately 3-5 minutes to complete. The information we collect from you as part of this study will not be used or distributed for future research.

No more than minimal risks are anticipated with this study. Some questions in the questionnaire may induce some emotional discomfort; however, it is expected to be minimal. You may discontinue the study at any time if you experience unmanageable discomfort during survey completion.

Although there may be no actual benefits to you, the potential benefits to society include a better understanding of how the structure and perception of administrator feedback can affect a teacher's self-efficacy. Potential risks of participating in this study include breach of confidentiality and privacy. However, we will make our best efforts to maintain confidentiality of any information that is collected during this research study. We will protect your confidentiality by not asking for your name in the survey. Your email WILL NOT be collected  All data will be kept confidential and will only be reported in a conglomerate format (only reporting combined results and never reporting individual results). All data will be stored in the principal investigator’s password-protected computer at Queens College.
