Liberative Theologies

This cohort will offer an introduction to Indigenous Worldview, Womanist Theologies, Queer, and WOC centered theologies. More than an academic understanding, it will be an invitation to explore, be curious, and to reflect on what we know for ourselves. Most importantly it will be a space to reclaim and liberate theology and reimagine our own relationship with God-talk.

Liberated Together Cohorts fully embrace the queering of all things. We love and honor queerness in all its expressions. This is not a space to figure out if you are affirming. To be in this cohort is to commit to co-creating a community of warmth and embrace for each other and all queer kin. Can you commit to co-creating that community culture?

Have you been a part of any other Liberated Together Cohort? If so, which one? And when did it take place?
Are you a member of Liberated Together Community?
Job/Work/Role
Why do you want to be a part of this cohort?
Share a little bit about your spiritual/ faith journey and how would you describe where you are at now? There is no pressure to "be in a certain place." This is just a way to get to know you and understand how you will be coming into the space.
Are there theologies you are particularly interested in? Any that you've already explored deeply? Any reservations or tensions you feel about exploring theology?
What would be some hoped for outcomes from the cohort?
The cohort requires the ability to commit to the weekly cohort gatherings, as well as time to do reading and participate in the online community discussions. Can you make that commitment?

The cohort cost is $550, $450 for Liberated Together Community Members. Would you like to make one or two payments?
If you need a scholarship- how much can you pay for the cohort? We try not to let money be an obstacle to participation, but have to see how many requests we get for a given cohort.
