The holidays are a time for lights, fun and skiing!  We want to encourage folks to get out and enjoy a gentle tour or walk on the Pioneer Loop which is just over one mile in length and view decorated trees while doing so.  Our hope is to have businesses and groups sponsor the trees and be at their tree the evening of December 23rd to meet and greet the folks passing by which will help promote their business.

We have 9 trees available for sponsorship and all of them are located on the Pioneer Loop at Government Peak Recreation Area  or GPRA. Trees are available for $100 and all funds raised support grooming and trail development for the Mat-Su Ski Club.  For sponsoring at $200, we will decorate the tree for you!  Lighting of all trees provided by MSSC.  Sponsors may choose their own decorations and those decorations may include ornaments, ribbon, and extra lighting etc.  Be creative and have fun! After touring the trees, folks will be asked to vote for their favorite tree and the winner will receive a prize from the Mat-Su Ski Club!  Decorations must be removed between January 5th and 10th. Remaining decorations will be discarded after that time.  The Mat-Su Ski Club is a 501c3 nonprofit and your sponsorship is tax deductible.  Happy Holidays to you and yours!
