Our Mission: to partner with parents to multiply gospel change for broken people on purpose.

We believe that children are a gift from God, created in the image of God, are of great value, and need to be protected, nurtured, and educated in a safe environment both at home and within the church. Because we care deeply about the children entrusted to us, we believe every precaution must be taken for their nurturing and safety while they are attending church activities.

This application is to be completed by all those who wish to volunteer with CityKids. It is being used to help the church provide a safe and secure environment for those children who participate in our program and use out facilities.
