AUT Football - 2021 sign-up Form
Please complete this form if you wish to trial for AUT Football in 2021.

The AUT Men's team/s will play in the ASFA Sunday League (Championship League), while the women's team play in the NRF women's community Division 2 league).

MEN'S TRIALS:
Men's Trial 1 - Tuesday 9th March - 6 - 7.30pm, AUT North Campus fields
Men's Trial 2 - Thursday 11th March - 6 - 7.30pm, AUT North Campus fields

*Women's team will have 'pre-season training's' in line of trials (More info will be sent out to you via email on how to get involved in the team).

Players who are willing to coach and/or manage a team will receive discounted AUT season fees. Professional development will be offered and covered for all people who are interested in any of the below:

AUT Football Season Fees - 2021
$190 - New member, AUT student
$205 - New member, AUT Alumni/staff
$220 - New member, external/community member

$150 - Returning member, AUT student
$165 - Returning member, AUT Alumni/staff
$160- Returning member, external/community member.

*New member fees include $40 towards 1 pair of  shorts & 1 pair of socks (yours to keep).

I understand that in signing this form I consent to participating in the AUT Football trials for 2021. If I am unsuccessful in being selected for the team(s) I trial for, I may choose to trial for another club. I will inform AUT Sport of my unavailability to play for AUT Football within 7 days of the teams being named. If I am selected for the team I trial for, I will commit to AUT Football for the entire 2021 season, including training's, pre-season and competition games.
