This WAIVER releases teamCOPC and Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians, Inc. from all liability relating to injuries that may occur while participating in any teamCOPC organized ride. To participate, you agree to hold teamCOPC and Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians, Inc. entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
You must wear a CPSC, ASTM or SNELL approved bicycle helmet at all times while on your bicycle. Risks may include but are not limited to spread of infectious diseases, hazardous road conditions, and accidents involving other cyclists, animals, or vehicles. Your participation is strictly voluntary, and you assume all risk for participating. If you have any conditions that will increase your likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity, we ask that you put safety first and refrain from participating.

You must forfeit all right to bring a suit against teamCOPC and Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians, Inc. for any reason related to a teamCOPC ride or event in order to participate. You will make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing, explained verbally, and known to the activity of road cycling.
You must be 18 years or older to participate on your own.

For special event rides (Velvet, Gambier, etc.), all participants under the age of 18 years must ride with a legal guardian that has also registered for this event.

This waiver will remain in effect unless removed in writing to teamCOPC.
