Thanksgiving Meal Home Deliveries
HARTFORD RESIDENTS - Sacred Heart Church in Lebanon has extended an invitation to supply the Hartford Community Coalition with Thanksgiving meals on Thursday, NOVEMBER 26th.

Meals will be pre-packaged for your SAFETY and HEALTH - cold and ready to heat up. Meals will consist of some or all of the following: turkey, potato, stuffing, roll/bread, vegetables, cranberry sauce, gravy, pie.

HCC will do our best to get all Hartford requests filled for meals. Please understand that volunteers will be delivering your meal(s) and we can only estimate that your meal(s) will be delivered between 8:30-10am.

We REQUIRE that you leave a cooler, box or container for our volunteer to place the meal(s) into. Per COVID guidelines, our volunteer will not hand meals directly to you and will not enter your home. If you have a driveway, please leave this container at the end of your driveway. If you live in a condo/housing complex, please leave this container just outside your door.
