【書法。靜心】Mindful Calligraphy
面對疫情帶來的種種挑戰，總是難以找到讓心安定下來的空間。 邀請你在週末騰空時間給自己，來到 Arts for Change寧靜角落中，放鬆，放下，一心專注地以筆墨抄寫心經一篇，好好享受平靜的空間。書法能讓我們在落筆中覺察呼吸，感受當下的心如何影響呼吸，以至一筆一墨的節奏。
With our packed daily routines, it is hard to take care of our wandering mind and let it rest. Join us to copy the Heart Sutra with brush and ink while having a cup of warm tea to relax and enjoy the process. All art materials are provided and our facilitator will walk you through the journey into tranquillity.

Joanna 為註冊表達藝術治療師及雅澄心靈藝術 Arts for Change 創辦人。她自大學時代開始學習書法，曾多次參加於香港大會堂舉行之「植菊師生書法作品展」。Joanna 致力以表達藝術治療為基礎，融入中國書法藝術，推動表達藝術與日常生活的融合。
Joanna, founder of Arts for Change, is a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist. She started learning Chinese calligraphy since university and has organised and participated in joint Chinese Calligraphy exhibition at the City Hall. Joanna is passionate in integrating Chinese arts and mindfulness practices under the domain of expressive arts therapy.
