Children must be 2 prior to beginning classes at Camp Create. Classes will be offered on either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from 9:15 – 11:15 am. Classes are scheduled to begin Labor Day & will continue through the week before Memorial Day. Our calendar will follow the Eau Claire School District elementary schools for days off/school breaks.

To register your child, complete this form and return $50 non-refundable registration fee. Fees can be delivered in person or by mail. The office is open M-F from 8:30-12:30, or can be mailed to: Immanuel Lutheran Church, 3214 Golf Road, Eau Claire, WI 54701. You will be notified of acceptance via email once registration fee is received, acceptance will be on a first come first served basis. Monthly tuition fees are $115, due on the first of each month beginning in September.
