St. Paul Lutheran is forming teams who, when a tragedy strikes, will be able to quickly mobilize and provide help in our community, regionally, or nationally to those in need. If you are interested in being contacted when we are faced with an emergency, please fill out this form and you will be added to the St. Paul Disaster Response Team list. If you have any questions, please contact Pam Kugi at

What is LERT/Lutheran Early Response Team? In the questionnaire below, we ask if you have completed LERT Training. This training is led by Lutheran Church Charities. It is a 6 hour course that when completed will provide you with the credentials needed to aid in large-scale disasters. This training will prepare team members for credentialing and will focus on the safety, work, and ministry of Lutherans as Early Responders. Should a disaster strike, teams would be put on call and may be asked to deploy to the disaster site. For any regional and national assistance, being LERT Certified is required.
