OHA U15 Booster Programme Registration 2023
Otago Hockey is excited to announce the development programme for the U15 age group for 2023. These opportunities are open to anyone and everyone within the respective age group who are keen to develop their skills through the remainder of the hockey season.

U15 Booster Programme,  16th July – 20th August. This is a  development programme held on Sunday mornings at the McMillan Turf from 10.00am - 11.30am. All players who sign up for the Booster Programme can be placed into a team to play in the Clutha Cup and the U15 South Island tournament.  Please select below if you are keen for your child to be included in one of these teams.

Team trainings 
Sunday 27th August, 3rd September and 17th September.
Wednesday 6th September, 13th September and 20th September
 
Clutha Cup, Saturday 9th September. A day tournament in Dunedin with all of the other Associations in the Southern region.
 
U15 South Island Tournament, Christchurch, 24th - 28th  September.

Uniform Options for Tournament
We have Adidas Hoodies available for purchase at $85.00. See order form below. When selecting hoodie sizes please keep in mind the sizes are on the small size. It would be advisable to select one size up. 
Gold Otago Adidas socks ($25) and Otago shorts/skorts ($48) are also available to purchase.

Costs and Registrations
Registrations for our Booster Programmes will open in the week starting 19th June. The cost for this programme is $125.

Cost and details for Clutha Cup in Dunedin, and the U15 South Island Tournament in Christchurch will be communicated shortly after the commencement of the Programme.

Terms and Conditions
The cost is $125 for the programme.  This cost needs to be paid prior to the start of the programme.
 
You are aware that all costs incurred for the U15 Tournament and the Clutha Cup will be invoiced out to you and will need to be paid prior to their commencement.

Please ensure that this form is submitted before Friday 21st of July at 3pm.

Please make payment to Otago Hockey Association. Bank details 03-0905-0460917-10, Reference Child's name and U15Booster.
