This form is generate a list of interested individuals. Someone from the IE Workforce  Volunteer Team will follow up with you to discuss the program to see if its a good fit for you. The deadline to sign up for this program is September 6th, but spaces are limited and may fill up before the deadline. After everyone has been interviewed, the IE Workforce & Volunteer department staff will let you know if you will participate. Spots are limited. Are you interested in participating in Paid SOMAH job training opportunities? SOMAH - The largest potential investment of dollars in solar on multifamily affordable housing to date in California. SOMAH requires each program to have a job training component. Training opportunities are either 40 to 80 hours per project, and paid at 1.4x the minimum wage (ex  $19.60/hour in the IE) *
Are you interested in participating in Sub-contractor Partnership Program (SPP) paid training opportunities?  SPP - GRID Alternatives partners with outside solar installation companies to complete solar installations GRID doesn’t have capacity to complete. The Sub-Contractor Partnership Program has a job training component that requires the sub-contractor to hire a qualified job trainee to participate in the installation(s). Payrate varies per contractor. *
