The Allsorts Homework Club- young people's sign up form

Beginning September 2020, Allsorts Youth Project is launching a Homework Club!

Please use this form to share important information with us, such as your year group/ age, what subjects you need help with and the best way for us to get in touch. We will use this information to match you up with an LGBT+ Volunteer Education Mentor who will be on hand to help you if you get stuck. All young people that come to Allsorts will also have an induction meeting with a staff member, where we will do basic paperwork and tell you more about how we work and what kinds of services we offer, so the info you provide on this form is just a starting point in us getting to know you.

If you need help filling out this form or you have any questions, you can get in touch with us by emailing homeworkclub@allsortsyouth.org.uk
