Northeast Texas Public Health District Account File Information Needed
The Northeast Texas Public Health District (NET Health) will soon be the local jurisdiction responsible for Environmental Health Services which includes retail food inspections, commercial pool/spa/PIWF, and adult & child care facilities in addition to public nuisance complaints for the City of Palestine.  It is a desire to keep your existing permit expiration date of 12-31-21.  When you get your invoice for your 2022 Permit(s), it will be paid to the Environmental Health Department of NET Health.  

In order to get your account set up and invoices assigned and sent to you in a timely fashion, we will need your assistance in obtaining the necessary documents for your new account file.  To avoid any service interruptions, we will need this information by November 15, 2021.  For assistance call: 903-535-0037
