As we approach the next session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), AWID in collaboration with WEDO and PODER will be hosting a Feminist Climate Justice Strategizing Session on Resisting Corporate Power and False Solutions!

This session will happen on Tuesday March 15th 2022 from 2:00pm to 4:00 pm UTC!

In this session we will collectively reflect on the following questions:

1) What does corporate capture in the climate justice space look like now? What does feminist resistance to this rise in corporate power look like?

2) What kinds of support, resources, and conditions would enable feminist climate justice movements to more effectively challenge corporate power?

3) How can feminist movements continue to advance a collective agenda for climate and economic justice, in the face of corporate power and false solutions?
