2022 Autoptic Festival Exhibitor Waitlist
### Exhibitor Applications for the 2022 Autoptic Festival Closed on April 30th, 2022. However, you can still use this form to add your application to our waitlist. Adding your application to our waitlist will not guarantee you a jury review or a table at the Autoptic Festival. However, should more tables become available, we will reach out to applicants on our waiting list when applicable.

The 2022 Autoptic Festival is a one-day festival of independent culture being held Saturday August 13, 2022 at the The Coffman Memorial Union in Minneapolis, MN. Applications are open to any and all artists, so please don't hesitate to apply. Once we start to receive applications, our jury will review and vote on them in an effort to select exhibitors that we think will be a solid fit for the event. All applicants who apply by April 30th will be notified of the status of their application by May 15st. ### A note on COVID-19 Precautions

We are working closely with our venue partners to determine the most appropriate COVID-19 mitigation efforts to have in place at the 2022 Autoptic Festival. At the time of this writing, (February 2022), our venue does require Masking and Proof of Vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for all in-door event. Those policies are subject to change we will inform all exhibitors of those changes as they happen.

We will do our best to accommodate your table request, but it will be subject to change based on the final number of selected exhibitors. In the event that we cannot honor your request, we will contact you with a list of alternative options that we have available. We will NOT be collecting any money until we have confirmed with each exhibitor what size table they have been assigned and they have given us the O.K. to place them at that size table. The prices listed here are for your own reference and planning. Once we've worked out our table assignments, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link to our payment page.

We are hoping to have a specific area of the 2022 Autoptic Festival dedicated kid- and family-friendly work and would like to know which applicants may have work that could be included there.
