JUNIOR TEAM REGISTRATION - FALL/WINTER 2024
Soliciting parental permission for athletes joining the Fall/Winter 2024/25 Junior Team Registration; along with collecting important information about your athlete, you, and their household(s). Once permissions are in, your athlete will be set up appropriately in Boathouse Connect and the fee added to their account.

Monday thru Friday; 4:45 pm - 6:30 pm (no practice when MMSD is closed)

MORE THAN ONE ATHLETE: If you have more than one athlete participating, please complete a unique form for each athlete.

BOATHOUSE CONNECT: if your athlete has an existing Boathouse Connect account and has already connected their BC account to your credit card or bank, that account will be automatically charged along with a processing fee once we set them up for the season. If you prefer to pay by check, please ensure no payment method is linked to their Boathouse Connect account.

FEES & AGREEMENTS
Club Fees:
Do you agree to your athlete(s) (listed above) registering for CRRC's Junior Team Fall/Winter Season for 2024-2025 and paying the $1,750 fee?

US Rowing Membership:
To participate in team activities, a valid US Rowing Membership is required. US Rowing membership does involve additional fees, beyond fees charged by Camp Randall Rowing Club, Inc.

Waiver:
By registering or participating, the registrant understands that individual accident insurance is not provided for Camp Randall Rowing Club, Inc. (CRRC) Programs and agrees to adhere to CRRC's rules and Codes of Conduct. I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, waive, release, and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages that I may have or that may hereafter accrue to me arising out of or, in any manner connected with my or my athletes' participation in CRRC programs. I understand and agree that photographs may be taken during CRRC programs for educational and marketing purposes.

Swimming Test Certification:
Prior to participation in on the water activities, your athlete will need to complete a Swimming Test Certification form. At the start of the season, CRRC does offer a swimming test at the boathouse.

If a certificate is already on file with CRRC, this is not required.
