May 25th Tree Planting at Sky High Farm

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Sky High Farm for our tree planting day on Saturday, May 25th from 9am to 3pm.

Join us in Pine Plains to help with a project we are undertaking with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and Hudson River Estuary Program Trees for Tribs, where free native trees and shrubs are provided to qualifying projects to plant on tributary streams in the Hudson River estuary watershed. Lend a hand with the planting of over 200 trees and shrubs, which will line the Roeliff Jansen Kill for years and years to come.

All tools will be provided, and volunteers should come prepared in weather appropriate outdoor work attire. Please email nina@skyhighfarm.org with any questions you may have. Further details to be shared in a confirmation email.

Note: You must arrange for your own transportation to and from Pine Plains, NY by car (there is no public transportation available), and bring your own lunch.
