ADDITIONAL VENDOR RULES & OTHER INFORMATION:
This information is a combination of JoHenna Design and Vision Loft Events rules and regulations. Please contact JoHenna Design with any specific questions regarding any of these rules.
Vendor must provide their own equipment: tables, chairs, table covers, table displays, cash for change, credit
card processors, etc.
Electricity is very limited and may not be available, so please plan accordingly.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it. If any waste is produced,
please take home with you and dispose of it properly.
Wifi is provided for vendors, please contact Joey or an event volunteer day of the event for this information.
Merchants may be asked to refrain from selling certain items in order to limit duplication of items between
merchants. This is to ensure all merchants have equal opportunity to capitalize on their event investment.
Merchants displaying items not previously listed or approved may be asked to remove those items.
Outside food and drink is not permitted unless approved by JoHenna Design. There will likely be a cash bar as well as
a caterer for this event.
No smoking: smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the venue. This includes but is not limited to vape pens and e-cigs.
No use of fire or fragrance is permitted. This includes but is not limited to candles, incense, diffusers, etc.
No glitter or confetti us permitted.
Decorations may not be hung with tape, wire, nails or screws in Vision Loft which will damage the historic venue. All decorations must be removed without leaving damage to the event space.
The Show Goes On: Rain or shine the show goes on! No fees will be refunded for weather related cancellations.
Vendor is solely responsible for securing exhibits and merchandise throughout the event.
Vendor will be solely responsible for any and all sales, use, or other taxes, fees, permits, and surcharges imposed by
any federal, state, county, or municipality in conjunction with the fulfillment of the Vendor’s obligations under this
Agreement and any other agreements.
Vendor shall ensure proper quality of the products sold. Vendor shall comply with all applicable laws as to Vendor’s
sales. Vendor shall provide the ability to accept/refund payments for goods and services made available for at their
Space.
Vendor is responsible for disposing of trash and maintaining the Space provided in an organized and neat manner.
This responsibility includes the Vendor’s responsibility to remove all trash from the Space. Any excess trash or mess
left in space will result in an additional $175 cleaning fee. If bulky items are left, a charge of $125 per bulk item will
be billed.
Venue shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond Venue’s reasonable
control, including without limitation, weather, acts of God, fire, flood, terrorism, strikes, failure of suppliers or subcontractors to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement.
Vendor shall permit photographs and video recording of their booths, employees, agents. All photographs and video
footage shall be the sole property of Venue and may be exploited by Venue in any manner or media without obligation to Vendor.
Animals: no pets are allowed inside the Playground Productions Studio, service animals are of course
welcome.
