Lessons at STA 2024
This form is being presented to persons with interest in the possibility of having lessons provided by the coaches of St. Albans Tennis Center (no outside coaches).  
1. Your entry on this list does not guarantee any arrangement can be made, nor does it carryover into the next tennis season.
2. If multiple persons in your household seek unshared lessons arrangement, a SEPARATE submission for each is NECESSARY. *You are advised not to wait to see if we offer one person a slot, to then ask for other family members.
3. If looking to establish a private group lesson (participants already selected), only ONE person needs to complete this form.
4. There are limits to coaching hours during the week due to school-related or other club programming.
5. If you or your family receives tennis instruction, it DOES NOT grant court privileges, if you don't have a membership.
6. Lessons likely to begin for the season, sometime in April (coach's discretion).
