The 2023 Women in Leadership Conference presented by the Emerson Leadership Institute at Saint Louis University's Chaifetz School of Business will bring together a diverse group of attendees and presenters to engage in critical conversations that will amplify female voices in organizations.

The conference will also feature a research symposium of the latest academic and industry research by women, for women and in support of women in leadership and in the workplace.
