Please complete the form below to make changes to your membership. Please leave a comment, we'd love to hear your feedback and suggestions that would help Eagle Climbing + Fitness better serve our community.

If you are deciding to freeze or cancel your membership, make sure that all submissions are in by the 25th of the month to ensure that a staff member will be able to process your request before billing goes out on the 1st of the month. Eagle Climbing + Fitness is not responsible for refunds if submissions are made after the 25th.

Please note that no membership change request is needed to unfreeze a membership. You can unfreeze anytime by visiting us at Eagle Climbing + Fitness. When you unfreeze, your prorated membership dues for the remainder of the month will be charged to your payment card.
