Please fill out the following form if you are interested in decorating your car for HOPE's Trunk or Treat on October 28th.  Cars will be asked to begin arriving at 4:30pm to start decorating and they must report no later than 5:30pm.  Registered vehicles should supply enough candy for 100-150 kids.  As a thank you for supplying candy, each Holman child of the guardian's registered vehicle will be provided free entrance to the event.  We will confirm your spot via email.
