Driving Truck

Setup 6am Saturday morning

Cleanup Saturday after last race

Loading tires onto truck Friday night

Returning tires to store after race Saturday

Car Return - Return Cards from the bottom to the top

Check-In Station - Handle Registration fees, paperwork & raffles

Concessions - Sell snacks & Drinks

Crash Assistance - help races get back into the race

Finish Line - In charge of timers being reset and assisting racers after the race

Coolers & Ice -To help keep the food and drinks being sold cold

Grilling - grill hotdogs to be purchased

Pop-up Canopy - These will be used by the different stations to keep the sun off volunteers

Safety Inspection - Review Derby Cars to make sure they are safe to race

Start Ramp - Assist with starting a race, lift cars up, help scouts signal start of Race

Timing Station - Assist with Timing, setting up timing, maintaining time, ect
