Policies:

Payment

$50 non refundable registration fee is required to enroll and secure space in class.

Pre-registration discounts must be paid in full and at the time of registration.

Installment options are available however, not applicable with discounts. 

Full balance must be paid seven (14) days prior to start of class for local; fourteen (28) days for non-local students.

Local: within our home office of San Antonio or Austin

Non-local: outside of our home office locations, in which we have to travel to you.

Attendance 

In person classes:  The student must be present for 95% of the class.  Students will be considered a Same Day Cancellation if they are not in class by 15 minutes after the official start time.  Students may not leave the class before the time stated on the registration for the class or the instructor dismisses the class.

Online Classes:  For Live online classes, the student is responsible for either attending the live class, or watching the replay of the class.  Students that do not attend the live taping of the class will be required to take a quiz or do a homework assignment to prove that they watched the videos.  The student has three months from the end date of the class to complete the required classes, unless otherwise stated on the syllabus or website.

Refund 

There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee for every class unless otherwise stated.  

Refunds will be given in the following timeline:

Cancels within 72 hours of purchase: 100% Refund, minus $50 registration fee

Cancels in Pre-Registration Period: 100% Refund, minus $50 registration fee

Cancels between end of pre-registration and 14 days before the course starts: 50% Refund

Cancels within 14 days of class:  No refund given, option of transferring registration to a new class date.

No Shows to the class, No refund given, student forfeits the cost of the class.

Cancellation  

If the instructor or AHHT Bodyworks Academy cancels a class for any reason, a choice between a 100% refund or transferring registration to a new class (registration fee waived) will be given to the student.

Inclement Weather Policy - In the case of Inclement Weather, AHHT Bodyworks Academy reserves the right to reschedule the class to a different time or location.  When that decision is made, registered students will be notified via email and given the choice between a refund or attending the rescheduled class.
