Estelle's cooking camp is 4 days session
From 9:30 am to 11:30 am OR
From 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm
Tuesday to Friday
(drop off starts at 9:15 am)

It’s a hand-on class where the kids will learn the fundamentals such as kitchen safety and sanitation, knife skills, the classic sauces (bechamel, vinaigrette, veloutes…) introduction to pastry… The kids will take home recipes.
