FACE MASKS FOR WARRIORS - VOLUNTEER FORM
Powered By Sickle Cell Community Consortium meeting the needs of Warriors in COVID-19 Pandemic.

The Sickle Cell Consortium is seeking volunteers to make protective face masks for patients, caregivers, and housemates of those living with sickle cell disease.  Sickle cell warriors are a vulnerable population and your assistance could help save lives.

We will pair you with a community partner who is coordinating services for sickle cell patients.  Your masks will be shipped directly to those in need.

An instructional video is available to help sew masks (https://tinyurl.com/SC3-mask-video), along with detailed written instructions (https://tinyurl.com/SC3-facemask-guidelines) for making masks.

If you are willing to donate the materials, we greatly appreciate it; however, we are happy to provide the materials directly.  They will be shipped to you in the mail (unless shipping is not available in your area).

If you have additional questions, please contact Mrs. Maria Rivera at mrivera@sicklecellconsortium.org
