We believe having clear expectations is the key to a healthy working relationship for both the company and the staff. Below is a list of acknowledgements you need to read and agree-to before accepting a position with us.

Entering into training at Swimmerman Swim School does NOT guarantee me a position as a staff member at Swimmerman Swim School. *

The position for which I am applying is considered "at-will" in the state of Georgia. This means that both employer and employee are free to separate at any time for any reason (with or without notice). *

Pay negotiations are to be kept confidential between employee and employer. *

Upon completion of my training, I must commit investing a minimum of six months of employment with Swimmerman Swim School. If I leave prior to six months, I may be liable to repay a minimum of $500.00 training expenses. *

I give Swimmerman permission to deduct training expenses from my final paycheck.

I will be given training and teaching materials during my time at Swimmerman. In the event I fail to return them, I will be liable to repay $50.00 per item. *

I will receive my paycheck bi-weekly on a set schedule (Saturday through the following Friday) and will be required to setup my account for direct deposit. *

Swimmerman Swim School is liable for the actions of our employees. I will not work as a swim teacher elsewhere or in a competing profession. I will seek permission from my Site Manager before I volunteer my services. *

After working with Swimmerman Swim School, I will not work as a swim teacher or in a competing profession within a ten (10) mile radius of any Swimmerman Swim School facilities for a minimum of one (1) year. This includes mobile swim instruction. *
