Thank you for your interest in participating as a Featured Blogger at next year's Coastal Magic Convention! Our event is a super casual weekend, with a specific focus on creating opportunities for authors and readers to interact. This is a great way to network with some of your favorite authors, discover new-to-you authors, and even reach new readers for your blog.
A few things to know before filling out this form…

Coastal Magic (
http://CoastalMagicConvention.com) will be Feb 22 - 25, 2024, in Daytona Beach, FL. In order to be a Featured Blogger, you must plan to attend the convention (this includes registering, and making travel/hotel arrangements). If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to watch our site for info on other ways you and your blog can support the convention.
2.
I’m looking for bloggers who represent a wide variety of genres/sub-genres of fiction. If you read/review multiple genres, that’s a plus, but it’s not necessary. Also, I’m looking for bloggers who engage their readership. You don’t have to have a super large blog following, as long as you are consistent, creative, and involved.

Coastal Magic is a lot of fun and presents so many unique opportunities for readers/bloggers to interact with the authors, but it’s work, too. You’ll need to commit to a monthly author post (scheduled by you, to best fit your blog), and be willing to participate in promo and group chats about con stuff in the months before the event (July - January). I’ll also need hands on help with prep at the convention, along with panel MOD duties. (There are some fun perks, too, of course. More on that with the followup email.) If you’re unable, or uninterested in fulfilling these obligations, please do not complete this form.
I’m looking for FOUR additional Featured Bloggers to join our returning crew. This means, unfortunately, that not everyone who contacts me will be able to participate. I’ll be making decisions based on your blog content/activity, and your social media posts/interactions. I'll be sending additional details to bloggers after I go through each of these responses, outlining what you can expect from me, and what I need from you.
