Our sessions are hosted on a Thursday and are between 1 and 1.5 hours in length (Just depending on how much we chat). The sessions are  fairly informal and we encourage everyone to participate and share. We don't begrudge a cute face on the other side who may want to sit on a mom or dads lap during the session either ;-) The most important is that we get to share, listen and learn. We would like to encourage as many of our clients to join as possible. We are reviewing our usual time slots to encourage even more clients to join.
