Welcome to your third "Together in Jesus" Reconciliation Lesson. The "Together in Jesus" program is designed to prepare you to receive the Sacrament of First Reconciliation. Through biblical stories and hands-on activities you will learn about the Ten Commandments, how to love and forgive each other as Jesus teaches, and how to prepare to make a good confession.

Introduction: In the first lesson we saw how forgiving the father was towards his younger son. He welcomed him home with hugs and kisses and even threw him a big party. God also wants to welcome us home when we separate ourselves from him through sin. God is not mean and judgemental but loving and compassionate. And just as he is forgiving towards us he expects us in turn to be forgiving of others. In this lesson I want you to turn to page 3 and read the section "How Should I forgive?" and then answer the questions below.

Great job!! Now it is time to do some coloring and to reveal a very special message from Jesus! Go to page 4 in your "Together in Jesus" lesson and begin coloring in each of the spaces with a dot in it. When you are done you will have revealed Jesus' message for you. I have colored in some of the first dots for you to see how it is done.  Have fun uncovering the message!!
