Volunteer Form for Christian Day Camp 2024
This year we are excited to offer three different program options for our children and youth! Expanding from only elementary school, we are also offering a middle school camp along with three preschool evenings for our youngest kiddos to get a taste of camp!

We have AMAZING leaders and community partners lined up to lead sessions and activities with our kids. But, we need help as group leaders, help with food, help supporting our station leaders, help with music, and help with odds and ends that will inevitably come up!

If you're willing to be a part of an INCREDIBLE crew of saints nurturing faith in children in our area, fill out the form below. Note that all volunteers will need to show proof of a background check from the past 3 years or will need to have a check completed. Shepherd of the Cross Lutheran Church is willing to assist in running background checks as needed. Though Christian Day Camp could pick up the cost of background checks, we are asking volunteers to pick up the cost ($16) so that donations can continue to fund an incredible camp experience for our kids. 

If you know someone who is interested in serving as a volunteer, pass this form along to them and ask the to fill out a separate form. One form per volunteer, please.
