The information below will help Paxon’s school counselors to compile a total of scholarship/grant $$$ that the Class of 2021 is being offered. This may be scholarships/grants from any place (a college, university, or organization).
• Please complete this form for each scholarship/grant that you have been offered, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT PLAN ON ATTENDING the college/university that is offering you the scholarship/grant.
• Please do not type a $ sign...simply put the numerical amount (ex. Type 1400 instead of $1400)
• Please enter the amount that you will receive over 4 years (ex. Don’t put 12000 if you will receive 12000 every year for 4 years. Put 48000 instead)
• You DO NOT need to complete this form to state you qualify for Bright Futures (your counselor will pull that information later).

Paxon’s Class of 2020 earned $16,022,130 in scholarships/grants....let’s see if the Class of 2021 can beat that total!!!
