Join us on March 25th, 2023 for a day of fun, volunteering, and community-building!

Meet local organizations, participate in a neighborhood clean-up, and celebrate with food trucks and music, followed by a Habitat for Humanity After Party! An itinerary for the event will be provided at the end of the form.

This form is a volunteer registration for the clean-up portion of the day. Please fill out the form if you intend to volunteer by picking up litter and natural debris, raking, etc.

If participating as a team, please have Team Leader fill out form on behalf of group (only one form per team needed).

8-10 AM: Check-in, breakfast, and networking with tabling organizations

10 AM-1 PM: Community clean-up

1-3 PM: Celebration

3 PM- : Habitat for Humanity After Party

By signing this document, I hereby assume full and sole responsibility for any and all activities and conduct in which I engage as a volunteer with Sustainable Sandhills, Pillars of Hope, Southern Pines Land and Housing Trust and Town of Southern Pines.

None of the host organizations nor their Board of Directors (if applicable), their personnel, their contractors, their other volunteers, or any other agents of the organizations shall be responsible for personal illness, personal injury, and/or property damage that results in my participation in activities at Spring into Community on March 25th.

Photography/Media Release Statement:
I agree that photographs, recordings or any other record may be used for the purpose of promoting programs operated by aforementioned partner agencies and further agree to release any and all liability associated therewith.
