We Need You! The Inverness Elementary PTO is a group of involved parents, teachers and administrators who work together to support the various needs of our school. We strive to make IES the BEST educational environment possible by supporting the students, teachers, and staff in any capacity that we can.

Your PTO committee has been busy planning out the details of the upcoming year. With so many changes
due to COVID-19, we have had to restructure and reschedule many of our PTO sponsored fundraisers that we had planned for the year. This being said, it is SO VERY important that we secure parent volunteers to help with the various and important tasks at hand this year. We will need your input, skills, and time so that we can continue to provide the financial support that our school depends on.

There are many ways to become involved with the PTO....

1. Become a member of the PTO - We would love to have you at our monthly virtual/in-person meetings, but this is in no way required. Meeting times and locations will be determined at a later date.

2. Support the events and programs we have planned throughout the year - You can serve as a committee member, volunteer, or attendee. Whatever participation level you select, your time and involvement will be greatly appreciated.

3. Provide your comments and feedback - Give us your opinion regarding PTO programs and events, as well as your suggestions and ideas for potential PTO activities

Please consider joining the PTO and sharing your skill sets and interests to help assure our children have the best educational experience. Even if you have minimal time to give, we can use your help! Joining is simple. All you have to do is fill out the form below and indicate the activities you are interested in supporting as either a volunteer or committee member.

Please check the boxes next to the positions or committees that you would be interested in helping/volunteering to help with for our current school year. Most committees already have a chair or co-chair for the current school year, but there are still a few committees without one for this year. Please be sure to pay careful attention when clicking on the boxes, because there is an option to become a chair or co-chair for either this current school year or the next school year (2021/2022) in several of the sections.

Even though the Chair or Co-Chair positions have been filled for the current school year, they will need to be filled by a new volunteer next year, so there is a box at the bottom of each section that you can check if you are interested in becoming the chair or co-chair of the committee for the 2021/2022 school year. You will work closely with the current chair or co-chair this year so that you understand the duties and responsibilities of the position and can confidently take over for the 2021/2022 school year.
