The purpose of the accommodation application is to allocate roommates, so applicants will be assigned arbitrarily even if they do not apply by the deadline.
Accommodation assignments will be announced on the website after completion.

Please read it before applying.
 1. One team should be comprised of 4 people (minimum 3 people). If you wish, we can assign up to 5 additional people depending on the room size.
 2. If one team does not have three people, only the same gender can apply for accommodation because they will be assigned rooms with other teams.
 3. If less than three people are assigned for transfer or other reasons before the event, the accommodation can be reallocated separately according to gender at the site.
 4. To distinguish the person of the same name, you must enter both the nickname and real name of the applicant.
 5. If there is no separate application, we will assign it randomly in consideration of gender and clubs.

Since the number of applicants for accommodation is smaller than the number of applicants, there is room for accommodation applications, contrary to initial concerns.
Also, after paying an additional fee, please contact us individually if you want to use the room with fewer people.
