This exercise enables you to indicate which responsibility issues are the most important to your organisation / business / employer - in your personal opinion.
What it’s NOT
This is not designed to indicate how well your organisation is currently performing on the issue. It’s designed to show which issues you think currently matter most, irrespective of your organisation's current stance or performance.
What it IS
It's your own personal view that matters, not any kind of official response on behalf of your organisation. You may decide to invite other people in your organisation to provide their views too - we can help you do this if you so choose.
For each issue, select one of the following classifications:
CRITICAL - an urgent issue that we must attend to right now
IMPORTANT - important to address ASAP, but not critical to address right now
A FACTOR - an issue that we should eventually respond to
NO IMPACT - an issue that doesn't really impact our organisation
Please limit the number of issues you indicate as CRITICAL to five or fewer.
The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. We'll send you a results chart and commentary by email within two working days.
Your responses will not be published, used nor shared in any way. This is a simple, free-of-charge, interesting exercise - please enjoy the process and perhaps even use it to stimulate useful thoughts and conversations.
