At CPCS, we know that everyone needs a little help from time to time. If your family would benefit from receiving school supplies and / or from being a part of the weekly food program (backpack program) please complete the questions below. Hope you and your students have a fabulous year!

Does your student need supplies for back to school? If yes, please add their name below. Supplies will be ready & waiting in the classroom on the first day of school.

Please add student names below if you would like your child(ren) to be added to the Backpack List. These students receive a bag of food and snacks every Friday. No other documentation is required.
