2. Incomplete forms will not be accepted or processed further.
3. Filling and submitting of this admission form is not a confirmation of Admission into the school.
4. Age limit of the child (by June 1st) for admission to the following classes is as follows
Tender group (2½ - 3 years) Nursery (3 - 4 years) Jr KG (4 - 5 years), Sr KG (5 - 6 years)
5. Admission is subjected to following factors.
a. Fulfilling the admission criteria
b. Payment of application fee on submission of hard copy of the form.
6. We request you to take the print of the admission form & submit the hard copy to the admission office.
7. Admission would be confirmed upon the payment of Books & Uniform Fee.
