Volunteer Form

Thank you for considering volunteering for InspireMSP on 4.27.23. There are a range of needs and times to be involved. Please fill out your information and select the volunteer option you are most interesting in helping with. Please note the time commitment when making this selection.

We can't wait to create a really energetic, welcoming event with you and our students!

Below are different volunteer needs. Please select the one that you would like to participate in most (please note the times) *

[8 people] Cohort Leader (9am-12:30pm Start @ State Theater)- Your aren't a chaperone, you are the person that will get this group of students from place to place and set a positive and inclusive tone throughout the day!

[3-6 people] Cohort Guide (9:15am-12:30pm Start @ State Theater)- You should get to know the students that you are will and help guide students to/from places throughout the day.

[4 people] Set-up and Welcome (8:15-10:30am @ State Theater)- Arrive early to set up misc. items at the Theatre and help to check in the various schools

[1 Person] Welcome/Check-in (9:00-10:30am @ State Theater)- Arrive to help welcome the buses and check the students in

[4 people] Afternoon set-up/Lunch (10:45-1:00pm @ Target Center)- Help to great the students and set up the session breakouts

[1 person]Lunch only (11:30-1:00pm @ Target Center)-Help to stage lunches/water in the Target Center arena and make sure that each student receives a lunch in the arena

[1-2 people] AM Runner (9:00-11:30am @ State Theater)- There will be misc needs throughout the morning to ensure that all students have what they need and everything runs smoothly. These individuals will help in the morning at the theatre

[1-2 people] PM Runner (10:45-1:30pm @ Target Center)- These individuals will meet at the Target Center and be a runner for various needs throughout the sessions and lunch.

[2 people] Day-of Runner (9:00-1:30pm)- Run with us all day! Help to ensure that all students have what they need and the day runs smoothly
