The Franklin Parks and Recreation is hosting Franklin’s fourth annual Scarecrow Contest. We are looking for entries from local businesses, families and organizations to be displayed throughout the town.

How does it work?

· First fill out an entry form.

· Create your scarecrow.

· Scarecrows should be 4 to 6 ft. tall and on a solid frame.

· Scarecrows must be family friendly!

· Set up your scarecrow outside your business, home, Trestle View Park or Marceau Park. The scarecrows are invited to arrive by Oct. 8 and will stay until Halloween.

· Take your Scarecrow down by November 3rd. Scarecrows left up in Marceau Park or Trestle View Park past November 3rd will be disposed of.

· Winners will be announced on Halloween with prizes awarded for scariest, funniest, and most creative.
