PRC Region 3 Community Survey
The Prevention Resource Center (PRC) provides information about substance use and related factors to the communities located within the 19 counties of Texas Health and Human Services Commission Region 3. Our team tracks data, provides trainings/presentations, supports community programs and partners, and connects people and organizations with resources in an effort to reduce the incidence and impact of substance use in North Texas.

The purpose of this survey is to collect information from community members about issues you see (or have seen) in your community related to alcohol and/or drug use. Information from this activity will help guide prevention efforts for agencies throughout our region. Thank you for your interest in your community.

Your responses are anonymous and will only be used for data collection purposes. Please share this with others in your community to maximize your community’s data collection. Together, we can make a change!
