Please fill out a separate form for each child you wish to enroll. Submitting this form does not confirm your registration. Once your form is submitted, you will be contacted by the office within the next 24 hours to verify the availability of your class choice and to pay your registration fee. Once your registration fee is paid, your registration is confirmed. If the class you wish to enroll in is full, you will be given the option to be put on a waiting list.

For Children ages 18 to 36 months by August 1, 2023 (Born between 8/1/20 and 2/1/22)

Extended Care is available Monday through Friday at the following times: 
                          Before Care: 7:00-8:30 a.m.
                          After Care: 3:00-5:30 p.m.
