Artisans Showcase is hosting TWO 100% vegan / Plant Based Market featuring local food, beverage, apparel, cosmetics, and lifestyle vendors  for all to enjoy.

When: Sunday April  16th  &  Sunday November 12th
Market times 10am to 4pm
Where: Laurel Packing House - Kelowna BC

Cost of Rental Space
           $85.00 + GST   Indoor 8ft Table with wall
           $75.00 + GST    Indoor 8ft Table
           $65.00 +GST     Indoor 6ft Table with wall
           $55.00 + GST   Indoor 6ft Table
           $95.00 +GST    Indoor 10 ft space no wall (limited to 3 only)
           $100.00 + GST  Kitchen rental  (limited to 1 Vendor)

Acceptance Emails will go out to those  Vendors who will have a space at the "Veg Out" within 4 days after we received your application 
Invoices will follow application acceptance.
Application closes for April 16th Market on March 16th
Application closes  for November 12th Market on October 12th
Payment options will be available for these markets, as we know this is a busy time to book markets for everyone. Lets work together to help each other out.

Setup Time: Saturday morning 8:00am  to 9:30am.
Must be setup by 10am for Customers.
A map for  Vendors will be sent out a week before the event.
Tables & Chairs are available at the Laurel Packing House. 

Food Vendors, please have all proper documentations that is needed to sell your products including Liability Insurance

2  Food Trucks will be on location depending on who will apply.

Other Information for Vendors
1 - There will be no dismantling of any aspect of your booth before closing time on each day., otherwise you will not be invited back.  Please be respectful of  your fellow vendors space and surroundings.
2 - Food sampling is allowed: Please have all proper requirements to sample
3 - All Vendors are responsible for their own Insurance, Food Safe and other certificates required to sell.
4 - Updates on Event will be sent out once you have been accepted into the market. Payment must be paid in full within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
5 - Please attached photos of your product we can use for Advertising and Social Media along with a description if possible 

Please read  the terms of cancellation and refund policy.
CANCELLATION  FEES : 
April 16th Market: No refunds after April 2nd
November 12th Market: No refunds after November 2nd 
unless there are unforeseen circumstances that have come come up. This will be determined by Artisans Showcase for refunds.
A $25.00 admin fee will apply if refunds are required before above deadlines.
