Medha Servo Drives Pvt. Ltd., founded in 1984, is focused on rail transportation. Since inception, Medha has used Research and Development as a tool for success and today we are proud to be known for our product range, domain knowledge, design expertise, quality and manufacturing capabilities. Starting from humble beginning, over the last 35 years our company has grown to employ over 3200 talented people whose commitment has led to a sales revenue of INR 17.4 billion (approximately USD 250 million) for the year 2018-19, with the revenues growing at the rate of 27% year over year (CAGR) for the past ten years. Medha’s vision is to become world leader in railway products and to achieve this we specialize in three areas, Control Electronics, Power Electronics and safety critical Signaling.

We have designed and manufactured various world-class high-tech electronics products for application on locomotives, train sets, coaches, railway stations and yards. We specialize in designing and engineering our products to withstand shock and vibration, wide temperature variations, and electrical disturbances that are typical of harsh locomotive environment. Our strength lies in designing, customizing and integrating systems that involve multiple functional domains such as control electronics, power electronics, fail safety and mechanical construction. Medha’s R&D Center is 500 people strong and has all the infrastructure required for developing sophisticated products. Medha has also achieved CMMI Level 3 certification for well defined design processes for new product development. We are working towards CMMI Level 5 certification by further improving our design processes.

To us, the idea of innovation extends beyond building a product. We continue to train our customers and service the product throughout the design life of a product (typically 10 – 25 years).

Medha’s R&D Center, R&D Center Unit II, and Manufacturing Unit, located in three different areas, are built over a combined area of about 18 acres of land in the heart of industrial areas near Hyderabad, India. These state-of-the-art facilities encompass the capability to research, design, develop, manufacture, service and provide in-field product support.

In 2007, Medha started a charitable institution by the name of ‘Medha Charitable Trust’ for the upliftment of poor students. It is the goal of the trust to improve the lives of these students by supporting them throughout their education and helping them become self sufficient in the long run. The trust has touched the lives of more than 22,00,000 students in various schools so far since its establishment.

Job Profile : Involves Designing & Development of Embedded Systems (Product Development), Power Electronics Products and Signaling Systems.

Job Location : Hyderabad

Salary Package : Offering 3.4 Lakhs

Training Period : Six Months

Educational Qualification : B.E/B.Tech 2020 passing out batch

Stream : ECE,EEE and Mechanical

Cut off Criteria : For branches ECE and Mechanical 70% and above in 10th, Intermediate/Diploma & engineering without history of backlogs during their academics.                            
For branch EEE 65% and above in 10th, Intermediate/Diploma & engineering without history of backlogs during their academics.

Skills : Good subject knowledge in their discipline, Good Analytical and Programming skills.

Joining : Internship starts from 1st week of January'2020 after internship candidates shall continue as Trainee Engineer R&D.
